From M4 Junction 11Exit motorway M4 at Junction 11 sign posted Reading A33.Exit roundabout to follow signs for A33 Reading.Go straight across 4 roundabouts staying on A33 (stay in left lane after 4th roundabout) towards Reading until you approach traffic lights opposite the BP Garage (on your left).Fork left just before lights taking slip road left, sign posted to Newbury A4.Proceed to the end of the road, at T junction turn left along Berkeley Avenue sign posted Newbury A4.Through traffic lights, go straight across first roundabout (Beefeater restaurant on left).At traffic lights turn right into Liebenrood Road(signposted Tilehurst).Proceed to end of the road to roundabout, exit right into Tilehurst Road (signposted towards Town Centre).Take the 3rd turning on the left into Connaught Road.Take the M4 to J12, follow signs for A4 Reading, travel along the A4 until you see a sign for Meadway Shopping Centre, turn left at the mini roundabout just after the sign, at the end of this road turn right into Tilehurst Road, go straight across the large roundabout and take the 3rd turning on the left just after the speed camera. The Abbey House is situated on the left hand side approx. 100yds from the top.
